Facilitator Training is a comprehensive 7 - 17 session* course made up of two course blocks.  

*Experienced facilitators or those in ministry are required to complete the Facilitator Training (7 sessions) only; those new to facilitating are required to complete this in conjunction with Search For Life (making it 17 sessions in total).

Block 1:    Facilitator Training - 7 sessions

Block 2:    Search For Life - 10 sessions hands-on intensive training

This program has been developed by the Careforce Lifekeys (Australia) board of management whose members are qualified in the areas of social work, psychology, teaching and theology.

The curriculum aims to lay a sound information base in behavioural, emotional, and spiritual aspects of Recovery.  Practical group work with development of related skills is a strong component of this course.

We have kept course costs to an absolute minimum for volunteer facilitators who want to train and be equipped with the tools to run programmes once or twice  a year covering topics such as parenting, marriage enrichment, church leadership, pastoral care training, discipleship.  Come join our team of volunteers to invest in the lives of others in our community.
