Duration: 10 weeks

People need to feel valued, accepted and have a sense of belonging.  Without it individuals resort to unhealthy and destructive patterns of behaviour to mask feelings of low self esteem, inadequacy and anxiety.  This program identifies the cause of many human tensions and introduces participants to the healing power of love, acceptance and unshakeable significance.

• They Cycle of Addiction
• The Performance Trap
• The Approval Addict
• The Blame Game
• The Shame Game
• Spiritual and Emotional Healing
• Rebuilding our Thinking and Behaviour

Cost: $100.00 ($10 per session)  All participants get their own personal manual to keep.
